CNN Goes Greek

I've been enjoying CNN's AC 360 this past week - they did several segments with "Blue Zones" author Dan Buettner on the Greek island of Ikaria, including a brief cooking demo with noted cookbook author and Greek foodier Diane Kochilas. Another delved into the health benefits of Ikarian honey, which Buettner believes can enhance longevity. Not to dismiss the Ikarian miracle - but I'm personally convinced almost any Greek honey is a fantastic addition to your life.
But that's not all - CNN producer Jack Grey recounts a tale of "My Big Fat Greek Grandfather" - which may leave you crying over your own Papou.
